Stuck inside, no problem here is a great recipe that takes little prep and is a big hit for all.
13x9 Casserole Dish
2 lbs of Hamburger meat
1 Bell pepper
1 small onion
1 jar of Spaghetti Sauce (I prefer Ragu's tomato, onion, and garlic)
2 boxes of Velvetta Shells and Cheese
8 oz of cheese - mozzarella or Colby jack
Optional - pepperoni
Brown your hamburger meat with your bell pepper and onion. Drain meat and add spaghetti sauce. Prepare the Velveeta shells and cheese. Spray Pam in your casserole dish and then spread the shells in cheese in the bottom of your casserole dish. Top with your meat mixture and then put a layer of cheese on top. Cover with Alum foil and bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes or until the cheese on top if fully melted.
If you opt to use pepperoni, then put it on top of the meat mixture before covering with cheese.
