Have you given up on yourself? So many times we make promises to others and overextend ourselves, but when do we stop and think about saying yes to our self. How many of us made goals or resolutions going into the New Year? And….how many of us have kept those? It’s hard, I get it. I’ve not made much traction either.

Guess what??? We are human, we are busy women, wives, and moms, but we are not a failure. The only time we really fail is when we choose not to get back up and try again. We are going into March and it’s time to kick it in gear and say YES to yourself! Yes to your goals, yes to dreams! We can keep each other accountable. I’m not saying to neglect your family, but if your cup is empty you can not pour blessings into others.

Let’s take some me time to recharge and relax. Let’s start eating healthy. Let’s read a book, soak in the tub, or read our Bible. WE can do this. Did you know it takes 30 days to build a habit? You will never want to eat healthily, you will never want to go to the gym, you will never want to do the HARD stuff. You must be determined to be consistent and to be confident in yourself. Commit to ONE thing for 30 days, then add the next habit. Don’t overwhelm yourself with too many goals at once, just as you take one day at a time, focus on one goal, and go for it! We can do this together!
Here are some of my goals for the year. Now keep me accountable!
