As promised a recipe that is quick, easy and delish. If you love chicken noodle soup, you will love this recipe. It’s great for nights that are rushed. Just toss everything in the crockpot. You do need about 30-40 minutes or so for the noodles to cook so that’s the only damper. I usually throw everything in the crockpot in the morning and then about an hour before I get home my husband separates the chicken and throws the noodles in and then voila!

1 package of chicken tenders, around 2 lbs

1 – 32 oz Swanson chicken broth

1 – 10 oz can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken

Salt and Pepper and a little water (maybe 2 cups)

Throw it all in the crockpot on low and let it simmer all-day. About an hour before serving we take a spoon and separate/shred the chicken and throw in about 1/4 – 1/2 bag of egg noodles. Once the noodles are done it’s good to go.

It’s really a great comfort food for rainy or cold days. This makes about 7 servings or so. If you need more, just double the portions or add more broth and noodles. I hope you enjoy!

**Warning, don’t put the noodles in too early or they will be too sticky and gooey!
